This package grants you access to 1 room as well as the pool and recreational area.
8 HOURS – BETWEEN 8 AM – 8 PM.
MONDAY – THURSDAY ONLY
NOTICE:
ALL PACKAGES INCUR; $800.00 FEES;
$500.00 SAFETY DEPOSIT FOR INCIDENTALS.
$300.00 CLEANING FEE.
(REFUNDABLE IF NO MAJOR CLEANING / INCIDENTALS / BROKEN RULE WITHIN 24 TO 48 HOURS AFTER RENTAL EXPIRES).
To save the date, 50% down-payment (nonrefundable) on rental, the 50% balance for rental and $800.00 refundable fees to be PAID 3 DAYS BEFORE the date of your booking.
